You should have received certificates of insurance in your property and casualty insurance binder package. These certificates are completed, signed, and ready for your use.

Please follow the steps below if you need to issue a certificate.

Your binder included two certificates. If you are not required by the holder to show any excess liability amount, please use the certificate without this limit.

1. Fill in the date block (top right)
2. Complete the Certificate Holders Block with the name of the person/company/ that will receive the certificate
3. Send the Certificate to the Certificate Holder
4. Send one copy to Telcom and keep a copy for your records

NOTE: Please do not add any additional information to the “Description of Operations/Locations/Vehicles/Special Items section. Just call or email us with special certificate requirements. We will be happy to help you.
