National Telcom Corporation (NTC) and Telcom Insurance Services (TISC) take pride in the service that we provide our customers during the insurance review process and at the time of a claim or loss. You have our pledge that we will work to be the best insurance service entity for all National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA) members.
Underwriting Standards during Business Hours:
- Return all Insurance Inquiry Calls: Standard in an hour and at a maximum in 24 business hours.
- Issue Requested Certificates of Insurance: Standard in an hour and at a maximum in 24 business hours.
- Offer Renewal Indications: At least 15 days prior to renewal or on the requested date.
- ID Cards and Endorsements: Standard in an hour and at a maximum in 24 business hours.
- Policy Delivery: Mailed 30-60 days after receipt from fronting carrier.
Note: Telcom does not have control over the fronting carrier’s policy issuance time standards
Claims Standards during Business Hours:
